The mission of First Baptist School of Wylie is to assist Christian parents in raising their children in the training and instruction of the Lord.

We emphasize academic excellence, balanced extracurricular activities and a biblically integrated curriculum. First Baptist School of Wylie seeks to help produce responsible citizens and ambassadors for Christ.

God, in His infinite wisdom, has given parents the responsibility for their children's education and discipline. We believe that the Christian preschool should assist parents in fulfilling the responsibility the Lord has given them.

Through the total process of education, First Baptist School of Wylie seeks to guide the whole person of each child spiritually, physically, emotionally, academically, and socially. True education must present all truth as God's truth and integrate it with God's word.

In home, school, or church, a student who learns to love, obey, and work at a young age will have few problems in yielding to God's will as he goes through life. First Baptist School of Wylie has a Christ-centered philosophy. The preschool is a ministry of the First Baptist Church of Wylie and is a tool by which we seek to lead students to a saving faith in Christ and by which we seek to develop their Christian character.
